Route Active Hotel was the chosen place to host the ASICS, international team of mountain runners for the introduction of the new team for the present year along with “Turismo de Tenerife”. This event was broadcasted live via streaming and presented by José Antonio de Pablo “Depa”.
Laura Castro, as the director of “Insular de Turismo”, welcomed in the name of “Cabildo de Tenerife” the company´s leader of the aforementioned team; Laurent Ardito and the other members of the company, these people came from different countries, such as the Spaniard Isaac Riera and Anna Carlsson from Sweden, they stayed in our hotel during the month of February.
The event took place in order to promote the Island of Tenerife as a Trail running destination, so the team trained and enjoyed different spots and paths of our Island, and they recovered and rested in the sport facilities of our hotel during their stay in “Los Realejos”.
